Please read the following terms of user or agreement before using the services offered by Saarthi Simulations Inc. dba Simulation Powered Learning. This agreement sets the binding terms and conditions for your use of the Simulation Powered Learning mobile applications, website and services.
You or your refers to the person accessing or using the services. By accessing and using the service in any manner you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this agreement and the Simulation Powered Learning Privacy Policy.
Simulation Powered Learning offers learning project management and agile simulations. Pricing information can be found on the website at www.ruc.fit
Simulation Powered Learning may modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time and such modifications would be effective upon posting the modifications to the services.
In order to use the applications, you must register to provide true, accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You should never post, publish or distribute your account login information. You have the ability to delete your account. Simulation Powered Learning will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
You represent that you are at least 15 years of age, provided that if you are under the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, your use of the Services is subject to requirements of parental consent, in which case (i) your supervising parent or legal guardian is considered the user under this Agreement and is responsible for any and all activity. If you are under age 15, you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, use the Services.
Simulation Powered Learning software, text, video, audio and other data applications are made available to you through the services. The content is protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright under both Indian and other laws. Unauthorized use of the content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Other than your rights in any User Content (as defined below), you have no rights in or to the Content, and you may not use the Content except as permitted under this Agreement. No other use is permitted without prior written consent from us or the owner of the Content. The Services are for personal use only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those approved by Simulation Powered Learning. Any use of the Services which is unlawful or in violation of this Agreement is strictly prohibited. Unless otherwise stated, all subscription fees are non-refundable, even if you stop using the Services.
Unless otherwise prohibited by law, Simulation Powered Learning has the right to terminate your services if you breach any terms of this agreement at any time. We will provide you with a pro rata refund of any payments paid by you in advance reflecting the period where you did not benefit from the terminated Services as a result of such termination. Upon cancellation or termination, all licenses granted to you hereunder shall terminate automatically.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and officers harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, arising or resulting from your use of content, your breach of this agreement or your misuse of the content or services or your violation of law.
