Agile Growth Plan

Once you decide to take or continue your Agile Journey you need a Growth Plan to guide you.

How do you decide what goes into your Growth Plan? Our Agile Assessments at the team, leadership and organizational levels provide the information you need to create and periodically update your Growth Plan. Your Agile stakeholders and Product Owner review the information and improvement steps that come from the assessments. With this information they decide what improvement steps to add to the Growth Plan as well as the Agile Journey project product backlog.
