This course is for business analysts and other project participants intending to sit for the Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)^® certification exam conducted by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). The course focuses on preparing the application, reviewing the knowledge areas of the Business Analysis, and practicing sample tests. Each student will receive a manual, study guide and sample test questions.

Objectives

• Understand the key topics that will be covered on the PMI-PBA® exam
• Review key topics, tools and techniques to know to pass the exam
• Practice advanced topics from the test (Modeling etc.)
• Review practice questions
• Determine what further studying is needed.
• Leave with everything you need to prepare yourself to pass the PMI-PBA® exam.

Instructional Methods: Includes a mix of lecture, group discussions, and individual practices.

Who Should Attend: Experienced business analysts who are within 3-6 months of taking the PMI-PBA® Exam. Attendees should meet PMI’s experience requirements for PMI-PBA® certification. (See www.pmi.org for current requirements.)
