Agile Scrum Training
Experience has taught us that the best way to develop Agile skills and organizational capability is to take an integrated approach across the three areas of Agile focus; Roles, Rituals and Results. Additionally a successful Agile Scrum implementation requires behavior change at three levels; personal, team and organizational. We offer training and support for the Agile Roles, Rituals, and Results across all three levels using proven adult learning techniques. Of course the cornerstone of our Agile Scrum training is our Agile project simulation. Students have a chance to integrate all the aspects of Agile while dealing with all the challenges of an Agile implementation.
Our Agile instructors continue to manage real Agile projects and can provide guidance no matter where you are on your Agile Journey. We also provide Change Management training or coaching if required to get your team working Agile.
Training is Onsite and Online
LEARN MORE“We began our partnership with SPL in 2014 as an Agile consultant for our project. Initially, we used their team to provide a two-day training course, Agile Essentials for Practitioners for the 16 cross-functional team members. The participants loved the training and responded it was one of the best training courses they have taken!! The training was followed with coaching from a certified Agile instructor/coach and ongoing touch base meetings to discuss changes and issues as they arise. The SPL team is willing to listen, make recommendations, and will always work with you to ensure you have a quality Agile process in place. We are getting ready to start up the next two teams and look forward to the same high performing results as we got from the first Agile team. I would highly recommend SPL for your organization as an Agile consultant and trainer. You will not be disappointed!” Dawn O.
