To paraphrase what is mentioned in numerous articles on change and change management, ‘Change’ is the only thing that is constant in today’s world. We smile at this because it is mostly true. Most organizations, leaders, and their people don’t know how to successfully implement and manage change. Both those who initiate change as well as those who are impacted by change should have a good understanding of change and the resulting transition that we all go through as a result of the change.

Leading Successful Change Simulation Powered Learning – 2 Days
Leading Successful Change Simulation Powered Learning is a 2 day class focused on developing the knowledge, tools and skills required to successfully implement and lead change. Students learn that a successful change is dependent on understanding the transition process and applying proven techniques in leading and traversing each stage of the transition. This class includes a simulation where students lead a simulated real life team through a major organizational change. Through the simulation they practice and develop change leadership skills, learning from their mistakes and their successes. Students learn and take away tools for planning and tracking successful transitions. We have a non-simulation 1 day version of this class. See Leading Successful Change description below.

Managing Change

Managing Change
Managing Change is a companion class to Leading Successful Change.  This 1/2 day session provides an understanding of change and transition. Students learn how to plan and implement a successful transition as a result of a change. It is focused on personal change and transition and what people in the organization should know about and do to be more successful with an organizational or personal change.
