“Project Management Simulation Powered Learning® – 3 Days”
The Project Management Simulation Powered Learning® Workshop is a 3 day class where the students have a realistic, hands-on experience in learning, applying, practicing and developing fundamental project management skills. After short lectures, students practice and develop their project management skills by planning and managing a computer simulation of a realistic project.

“Project Management Simulation Powered Learning® – 2 Days”
The Project Management Simulation Powered Learning® is a 2 day compressed version of our 3 day Project Management Simulation Powered Learning class. The 2 day version has reduced content and a shorter and less complex project management simulation.

“Project Management Overview”
The Project Management Overview is a 1/2 day class providing students with an introduction to the fundamental processes, concepts and tools of project management. Students gain awareness and understanding of what is involved in planning and managing projects.

“Project Management Basics”
The Project Management Basics is a 1 day class providing participants with the basic processes, concepts and tools of project management. Students are introduced to each topic in a short lecture and then in teams they practice developing the tool/concept for a practical project. 
It is basically our 2 day Project Management Simulation Powered Learning class without the simulation experience. Many clients who choose this class also include our online SimProject Project Management Simulation as an individual post-training experiential learning experience for each student.

“Project Management for Executives and Sponsors”
The Project Management for Executives and Sponsors is a 1/2 day class providing an introduction to the executive role in project management including the role of the sponsor and executive team. It provides students with awareness into the key insights of creating a successful project management culture.
