The Leading SAFe — Scaled Agile Framework® is a 2-day class where participants learn the Lean-Agile principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). They learn how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, how to build an Agile Portfolio, and how to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise. Participants leave with an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and how to apply the principles and practices of SAFe to support Agile teams, programs, program portfolio management and how to coordinate large Value Streams.

Prerequisite

We recommend participants already know the fundamentals of agile/scrum project management. If you are not yet familiar with agile/scrum we recommend our Agile/Scrum Essentials for Practitioners course.
